What this is. The static General Awareness questions DSSSB has actually
asked in its computer-based tests since 2021, sorted by subject. The papers come from
DSSSB's own “Question Bank Online Exam” pages and from official papers re-hosted by
coaching sites: ASO 2025 and Patwari 2022, the clerical and office posts (Junior
Assistant, Junior Clerk, Head Clerk, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer,
Assistant Superintendent, MTS and others), the PRT, TGT and PGT teaching papers, and
the General Awareness sections of technical and senior posts. Within each topic,
ASO and Patwari questions come first, then clerical posts.
Where the answers come from. Each official DSSSB question paper marks the
correct option with a green tick. That tick was read straight from the paper by a
program, which checks every question against its printed question ID — the answers
were never typed in by hand. Where the key disagrees with standard textbooks, the
question shows a note saying so; where DSSSB's key is plainly wrong, the question
was left out.
What was left out. Current affairs (events, appointments, awards and reports
from the year of the exam), reasoning, maths and language questions, questions whose
facts have since changed, and papers that could not be read reliably — scanned
pages, papers printed only in Punjabi, Urdu or Sanskrit, and papers whose questions
are pictures. Questions asked in Hindi are shown in English translation.
